For first time homebuyers, searching for a home is a stressful process. Christel VanAssche was amazingly helpful and a great resource of knowledge. She explained the process in a way we could understand and really helped us gain an understanding of the procedures. She was always accommodating as far as our limited hours of availability and even relieved some of the stress by meeting with one of the inspection guys when we were unavailable due to work. And most importantly, she helped us find a home that met all of our needs and fit well within our price range. She was by far the most helpful person we worked with in purchasing our home and we definitely will and have recommended her to other friends looking to purchase homes. I just popped in one day at Gilpin and she happened to be the agent on duty. She listened carefully to all my specs and preferred locations. She immediately began to send me listings in my price range in areas I was interested in. Christel always answered all my texts, emails and calls immediately. Christel told us she had just viewed an area in Lake Stevens that the houses were incredible for the price they were asking, she certainly did her homework and she was right. Christel gave us a brochure, directions to get there and told us to view it and if it was something we liked she would set up a meeting with the agent on site. Long story short, we loved the place and we bought a house there! We probably would have missed the opportunity to purchase this home if it weren’t for Christel, she’s knowledgeable of the inventory of houses for sale, she stays on top of any issues and nips them in the bud. Christel hit a home run for us, we’re very happy with our new home.

As an investor Christel VanAssche has represented us on the sale of multiple properties. Over the years we have had many realtors sell houses for us but Christel’s attention to detail makes her one of the top agent/brokers in my opinion.
