She marketed our home aggressively, advised us on staging, and brought in showings from across multiple counties. She became an expert on log homes in a short time, and offered to be present on second showings to answer questions for potential buyers. She tracked and followed up on all showings, and kept interested parties advised on our status. Because of this “above and beyond” service, we had two solid offers on our home, and accepted a full price offer. But here is what really makes Emily stand out — once the sale was accepted, she went into overdrive. She guided us through inspection, helped us find qualified and quick acting contractors to do the work, and literally hand carried paperwork between buyer and seller on closing to be sure that we closed. It was NOT her job to do this (although she would disagree) but she was not going to let any last minute issues keep this sale from going through.
