We had the good fortune to meet Nicole Graafstra at the beginning of our home search and are only disappointed that we only have 5 stars to provide! She was fantastic – she learned who we were first and what we thought we wanted (and was so patient with us as that changed). She helped us connect with a great lender and inspector as we were looking for an old home. We grew to trust her so much that we put an offer on our dream home when we were out of state and could not see it in person. We did so because we knew she had listened intently to us and could say that the house, neighborhood, etc. were exactly what we were looking for. While we miss seeing her for home tours we are thrilled with our new place and so appreciative that she was the person shepherding is through this process!
