My wife and I had been looking for a get-away cabin/property and ran into Spike at an event. We worked with Spike on and off for a several years, taking our time to find the perfect place. All that time Spike was awesome, providing us insights on the market, sending us hot sheets, setting up walk-arounds, etc. We had some pretty high standards which made the perfect property hard to find but Spike never gave up on us! In the end we found a property that was outside of Spike’s geo area. She looked out for our best interests by connecting us with a local agent who know the area. We closed on the home a month later. I highly recommend working with Spike, she really cares about her clients.

This is the second house my wife and I have purchased though Spike and Gilpin Realty, because there is know one better in the real-estate market. This last time, Spike put my wife and I in our dream house, with her relentless continual search for just the right place for us! She immediately made us feel at easy and lowered our stress, as she picked up all the leg work involved with searching for our new home. She was always available for us, with after hours calls, and even showing us property’s on the week-end and evenings! She has an excellent approach, allowing us time to inspect and discuss the houses and property’s shown. She gave us a low stress environment by never pushing or persuading us in any way, which gave us time to look for the right place to spend our life’s together. Spike always made her schedule open for the inspectors and had all the answers to the questions we or the inspectors presented to her. Questions out of the norm, that came up thought out the process she was always willing to go the extra mile to find the information and get back to everyone involved. Our experience with Spike was exceptional and we found her to be a warm and caring person, who was intent on helping us find just what we were looking for, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! If we could give her a 5 star rating, Spike would be at a 10! Outstanding Job Spike!

Suffice it to say, Spike was a delight to work with when purchasing our home. She is welcoming, knowledgable, experienced, professional, authentic, genuine and gets the job done. We first met her a year earlier when wanting to see a townhome. She stayed in occasional contact after that letting us know what was available in our area and interest without being at all pushy. When we decided to downsize, we called her immediately and the first house we looked at we bought. She helped us every step of the way. She negotiated, gave us sound, solid advise and made the entire experience as comfortable as possible, from inspection to close. Even some great tips along the way. We can’t speak highly enough of Spike and are so grateful for her help. She made us feel like we were her only concern and I believe she was as happy for us as we were.
