The Snohomish Farmer’s Market: 4 of our fav’s!
If you’ve spent any amount of time in or around Snohomish, it’s likely that you’ve picked up on just how many talented artisans, farmers, and craftsmen/craftswomen call this area home.
And with so many rich talents and abilities, the Snohomish farmer’s market is a proud display of everything that our talented community has to offer.
With a heritage spanning over 50 years in Snohomish, we at Gilpin Realty LOVE our local farmers market in Snohomish. And for those who may be new to the area or unfamiliar with the market, we thought we’d share with you some of our favorite spots to visit.
When does the Snohomish farmers market run?
Before we list off some hot spots in the farmer’s market, you’ll probably be wondering when you can go and visit!
If you’re reading this between May and September, then you are in luck! The Snohomish farmer’s market runs every Thursday from 3-7pm on Union & Glen Avenue in Historic Downtown Snohomish.
If you’re reading this in the off-season, fret not! You’ll have a supreme list of places to visit come May when the market comes back for the season.
4 of our favorite farmer’s market vendors
Without any further ado, here are some of our favorite farmer’s market vendors in Snohomish that you must stop by and enjoy!
1. Hayton Farms Berries
Is there anything that tastes more like spring and summer than a fresh, tangy berry?
Hayton Farms offers some of the most delightful berry crops you can find in Snohomish County.
Originally hailing from Skagit Valley, we’re fortunate to have the Hayton Farms family make Snohomish a stop for their berry drops.
Here’s their website, if you’re looking to learn a little bit more — and be sure not to miss their blueberries!
2. Patty Cakes Bakes
Patty Cakes Bakes became a favorite of ours at the farmer’s market this year after sampling their scrumptious sweets.
Patty Cakes Bakes offers a delightfully delicious mixture of baked classics (and their own innovations). Make sure you drop by if you’re in the mood for:
Cookies
Cakes
Breads
Breakfasts
Cupcakes
Cakesicles
Much more!
Oh, and if you have never tried a cakesicle, we highly suggest you make a point of visiting them to try one out!
3. Wag & Wood
What would a farmer’s market be without some truly beautiful crafted pieces?
Wag & Wood offers some of the finest wooden crafted pieces for your home (and for your pet)! If you’ve ever felt like your furry friend needed something a little more elegant to enjoy their meals from, Wag & Wood has you covered.
We’re particularly big fans of their gorgeous wooden charcuterie boards and their live edge pieces!
4. 88 Cues
We can’t forget to share a good spot to grab a quick bite while you’re adventuring through the Snohomish farmer’s market!
There are so many excellent food vendors to visit, but we’ll share just one of our favorites here.
88 Cues offers some of the most delectable foods available at the market, always hot off the grill!
Be sure to pop on by if you find yourself in the mood for:
Chicken Adobo
Pork Belly Adobo
Pancit
Lumpia
More!
You really can’t go wrong with their menu. Find your next tasty favorite!
